I studied Chinese medicine & acupuncture ☯️ in my 20s, searching for answers to my lifelong health problems. I'm a heart surgery survivor, and recovered from complex chronic illness in 2024 after 20 years. It turned out that the surgical metals inside me were making me sick! I recovered about 80% in just a few weeks following removal, and I'm continuing to get better. Some of those terrible years were homebound, unable to work or take full care of myself. No matter what you're going through, don't lose hope. Prioritize yourself and your needs, surround yourself with supportive people, and trust that Spirit is always with you. 💖🫂 Through my work, I love to help you see that Spirit has your back, so you can feel strong, clear, and supported on your unique path.
