im super disappointed as I have gone to ivy for years and she has always helped me but this past time I paid for and used a full 5 minutes and 2.5 minutes in I asked another question which she spent the remainder of the time typing a response as I saw yet bubbles but time ran out. I was hoping she would just send the answer in the clarification chat after as most readers do but when I never heard anything back I sent her a message begging her to please send the answer as I did pay a lot of $ for that time waiting for that response, I never heard back so I sent another message begging. I sent one more since we r only allowed 3 in 24 hours I have no way to message her unless I buy another $75 in time which would be wrong to make me pay for something I already paid for . im not sure if she was purposely waiting that time to run out to charge me or if she expected me to add time on but I feel that would be super unfair since it’s not my fault she was still typing 2 minutes later but the right thing to do would be to still send me the answer to my questions since I paid for them. either way I am pretty disappointed and upset because If knew she wasn’t going to answer and was going to run the clock out I could have used that $ on a reader that would have given me the respect of making sure I left our chat w my questions answered. this saddens me as it makes me feel maybe ivy is only in it for the $. im just upset I wasted a lot of $ and only half my questions answered especially because she’s the only reader I asked these questions to :(.
