My work is devoted to guiding people back to their own intuitive wisdom. I don’t believe clarity comes from outside of you, it comes from remembering who you are and learning to trust your own knowing.
I am a Reiki Master, EFT practitioner, Spiritual Coach and Mentor, and I bring this depth of experience into every reading. My approach blends spiritual insight with grounded practicality, so guidance doesn’t just feel meaningful, it feels practical in real life.
Clients often describe my presence as calm, steady and deeply intuitive. I hold space with warmth and honesty, helping you uncover patterns, strengthen self-trust and move forward with confidence rather than fear.
Outside of my work, I’m a mother to a young child and feel most at home in nature, particularly amongst trees. That connection to groundedness and presence is something I carry into every session.
