it breaks my heart to write a bad review. I have been reading with Chanel on the same topic for over a year. she assured me that my POI will inprove and come forward. I trusted and relied on her guidance for over a YEAR….. only for her to confirm in her last reading that i was right and my POI is stuck and won’t improve. I asked for clarity and she provided me with nothing. she has left me in emotional despair, as she gave me false hope this whole time. and now she can’t even clarify for a loyal client. truly disappointing and hurtful.
