I hold a degree in clinical psychology and have worked with medicine men and women, law enforcement, community programs for at-risk youth, and as a counselor in a domestic help center. I consider myself to be a spiritual mystic who is earthly, practical, and of the highest integrity. In my every day life, I am a play-at-home- mom, wife, yoga teacher, writer, night owl, soul activist, nature- lover, a sucker for sci fi movies, chocolate, sunshine and a life well- lived barefoot and pants-less.
