We are developing a company-wide strategy that will ensure Purple Garden is fully GDPR compliant.

Purple Garden collects and stores personal data from our users that we deem essential per our requirements for using our services, data we need to retain for legal reasons, and additional data provided voluntarily. We are committed to holding all of our vendors that handle personal data accountable and they will be held to the same security and privacy policies that we hold ourselves. All third-party services used by Purple Garden have committed to GDPR compliance.
