I was happy the first 1-2 min but then she didn’t answer any of my further questions because ah kept FORCING me to do a voice call with her ! I said I cannot and she wasted the rest of my time left asking for a voice chat and said there’s important things I need to know! which personally I find this being a way of getting more money out of me ! I’m so angry upset hurt and disappointed’ I then asked her to chat through the 3 message response to tell me and AGAIN she said “do a voice call with me” NEVER will I use this advisor again
